At Gaadisaman, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Products will not be eligible for return if:
- The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The product is returned without original packaging.
- The issue is reported after the return period.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
